Stated below are our terms and conditions of business and by placing an order with us you are aware of and agree to the following. Please note that these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
All materials included in our online and EBay stores including text, photographs, images and logo's are the property of Cool Crystals Ltd and may not be reproduced or used in any form without our permission.
We only sell items we have already in stock which are ready for immediate despatch.
We do our best to ensure that the information within our stores is correct but we reserve the right to amend descriptions and prices without notice if we discover that a genuine mistake has been made.
We use high quality digital photography but the actual colour displayed on your screen may differ slightly from the true product colour due to reproduction processes including your own computer screen display.
Where we have more than one item of the same product for sale then images and lengths and weights are an average and the actual product despatched may vary slightly.
Placing Orders
You can purchase online using the procedure described in the checkout process
We accept orders by telephone between 6pm and 7pm weekdays only
Prices and Payment
The price shown includes VAT at the current rate.
We reserve the right to adjust prices before delivery to reflect any unforeseen cost increases.
Goods remain the property of Cool Crystals
until payment is received in full.
We prefer payment by PayPal which is secure for both you and us. We do not add PayPal fees to our prices so this service is free of charge to our customers. Please note that you pay by credit or debit card in exactly the same manner as you would purchase from a high street store. You do not have to open a PayPal account to use this service.
We accept payment by cheque, money order or postal order made payable to Cool Crystals. Please do not send cash
We only accept payment outside the UK by PayPal
Postage
Product price includes postage and delivery to UK mainland postcodes.
Postage is at 2nd class Royal Mail current postal rates. We are happy to post using quicker postage at your request but we will charge you the difference in postage.
We sell worldwide but if you live outside the UK then please email us (see contacts page) for postal charges which are additional to the product price displayed.
We reserve the right to change our postage terms at any time.
Delivery
For orders placed online and paid for through PayPal we n
ormally despatch next working day. Please allow 10 days for delivery
For orders paid for by cheque or other offline method we desptch when payment has cleared. Please allow 14 days for delivery.
All items over £25 in value are to be signed for.
We may deliver your order as part deliveries.
If you refuse delivery we may charge you for the cost of the delivery.
If you accept a delivery with a damaged box we cannot be held responsible for any damage to what is inside if the goods have been signed for.
Refunds
You are legally entitled to cancel an order within 7 days of receipt for a full refund
If you wish to return any items you must give us written notice by email within 7 days of receipt.
Please note that we are unable to accept the return of earings due to Health and Hygiene Regulations unless they are faulty.
All returns are at your cost and goods must be in their original packaging, in mint condition and unused within 7 days of receipt.
You must return products using a "signed for" service.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of the goods being received by us, less the postage charges.
